Edith Nourse Rogers STEM Scholarship
The Edith Nourse Rogers Science Technology Engineering Math (STEM) Scholarship allows eligible Veterans using the Post-9/11 GI Bill or dependents using the Fry Scholarship to get added benefits. This scholarship provides up to 9 months (or $30,000) of benefits for training in high-demand fields.

Science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM) fields of study that are approved for the Edith Nourse Rogers STEM Scholarship are based on the Department of Education’s Classification of Instructional Programs (CIP). The approved STEM fields, and related fields, are listed on the VA's website Related fields involve research, innovation, or development of new technologies using engineering, mathematics, health, computer science, or natural sciences. Find out if your degree program would fall under the STEM qualification by searching through the CIP codes here.
