A program of the American Cancer Society (ACS), Colleges Against Cancer engages students in helping change the lives of people impacted by cancer through advocacy, education, community outreach, and fundraising for the ACS while providing valuable volunteer and leadership experience.
The Cardinal Bernardin Cancer Center seeks to enrich our students' experience by engaging them in a variety of ways, outside the classroom and laboratory, to provide a more holistic view of cancer as a disease that impacts millions of women, men, and children. Colleges Against Cancer chapters around the country fundraise for the American Cancer Society primarily through Campus Relay for Life events. Join Loyola’s Health Sciences Campus student group Colleges Against Cancer.
