Hall/Area Councils

Each residential area has its own representative body called a Hall/Area Council, which is within the larger Residence Hall Association. You can get involved in your Hall/Area Council by reaching out to your Resident Director and by attending programs hosted by your Hall/Area Council throughout the year!

Below is the current recruitment timeline for information sessions, application due dates, and elections. For any questions, email rha@luc.edu. We look forward to seeing your application

Saturday, August 22nd- Info Session #1 

Monday, August 24th- Info Session #2 

Tuesday, August 25th- Info Session #3 (Baumhart) 

Wednesday, August 26th- Info Session #3 

Thursday, August 27th- Info Session #4 (Virtual) 

Friday, September 4th at 12:00 PM- Applications Close 

Monday, September 7th-Wednesday, September 9th- Elections 

Friday, September 11th- Results shared; campaign materials taken down 

Monday, September 14th-Wednesday, September 16th- runoff elections (if applicable) 

Saturday, September 19th 10:00 AM-2:00 PM- Council orientation
