Schedule Change Request
We understand that sometimes students might want or need to change their schedules after registration week closes. Students are able to request changes be made through our Schedule Change Request form, which will be available starting on July 16, 2026 at 9:00am CDT.
July 16-July 30 | All Change Requests
The Schedule Change form will be available from July 16-July 30 for any changes.
July 31-August 20 | Academically Necessary Requests Only
The Schedule Change form from July 31-August 20 will only be available for change requests if they are academically necessary. These include:
- AP grades changed course placement
- Placement assessment (math, writing, language) exams changed course placement
- Seat for course needed for major became available
- Change of major dictates changing courses
Please note that we will do our best to accommodate your requests, but we cannot guarantee that requests can be processed.
If changes still need to be made after August 20, you will be able to utilize Express Advising during the first week of classes to make any adjustments to your schedule.
