The chart below reflects the timelines for multiple award processes that are coordinated within the Division of Student Development, as well as by campus partners whose awards are presented as part of the Excellence Awards Ceremony.

If you are nominating someone for an award, or if you are an award nominee completing a supplemental application, please carefully review the award criteria first.

Tuesday 1/6	Student Employment Awards nominations open (email sent to hiring managers).
Monday 1/12	The awards nomination processes open for the Maroon & Gold Society, Damen Award, Inclusion and Belonging Awards, and Graduate, Professional and Adult Student Awards (GPA Awards).
Tuesday 1/20	The awards nomination processes opens for the Spirit of Laudato si’ – Student Sustainability Awards.
Monday, 1/26	Student Organization Awards and Sorority & Fraternity Life Awards nomination processes opens through LUCommunity.
Wednesday 1/28	Student Employment Awards nomination process closes (before midnight).
Sunday 2/8	Nominations close for the Maroon & Gold Society, and Damen Award by 11:55pm Central Time.
Monday 2/9	Student Organization Awards nomination process closes.
Sunday 2/15	Supplemental applications due for Maroon & Gold Society, and Damen Award by 11:55pm Central Time.
Sunday 3/1	Nomination deadline for GPA Awards and Inclusion and Belonging Awards.
Friday 3/6	Supplemental materials due for GPA Awards.
Monday 3/9	Supplemental materials due for Inclusion and Belonging Awards.
Tuesday 3/17	Nominations due for Spirit of Laudato si’ – Student Sustainability Awards
Thursday 4/16 at 6pm	Excellence Awards Ceremony takes place (invitation only). At this ceremony, the following awards are presented: Damen Award, Inclusion and Belonging Awards, Student Employment Awards, GPA Awards, Spirit of Laudato Si' Sustainability Awards, Athletics Awards, and Arrupe College Award. In addition, Maroon & Gold Society Inductees are recognized.
