Research Interests
Dr. Raju’s research interests lie in the areas of (1) Quality and Process Improvement (2) Value Based Health Care (3) Education in the realm of Leadership and Personal Development and (4) the use of Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, and emerging technology to improve patient outcomes and increase access to healthcare. Dr. Raju has completed several Big Data studies using the vast Veterans Health Administration (VA) network which is the largest integrated medical system in the country; has developed a Patient Reported Outcomes Measure (PROM) study evaluating the success of cataract surgery; and has created a professional development elective curriculum for the Loyola Stritch medical students.
