Hematology/Oncology Interest Group
The SSOM's Hematology/Oncology Interest Group (HemOncIG) aims to provide students with exposure to the field that primarily deals with the medical/pharmacologic treatment of cancer and blood dyscrasias. Through interactions with LUHS physicians, researchers, and patients, the HemOncIG strives to equip students with the information and insight needed to pursue a career in Hematology/Oncology. The HemOncIG is graciously supported by the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO).
