Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals before the session start date carry no financial responsibility. After classes begin, tuition is adjusted per the withdrawal schedule, though all fees remain non-refundable. Refunds require official approval from the Associate Dean for Student Affairs, and all students who withdraw, transfer, or graduate must have their accounts paid in full before records are released.

Satisfactory Academic Progress Policy

Federal regulations require all students receiving financial aid to maintain Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP). This includes remaining in good academic standing, passing at least two-thirds of all attempted credits, and completing the program within six years. SAP is evaluated annually at the end of each spring semester, and failure to meet any standard may result in suspension of federal aid. Students who do not meet SAP requirements will be notified and may have the option to submit an appeal.
