Appointments & Contact Info
The Office of International Student & Scholar Services is primarily located on the the Lake Shore Campus, but also has an office at the Water Tower Campus.
Meetings can be conducted in person, via phone, or Zoom. Please confirm with ISSS about the modality and location when making an appointment.
In-person appointments will take place at the following locations:
Lake Shore Campus (LSC)
- Campus Location: Office of Global and Community Engagement, Sullivan Center, Suite 206

- Office Hours: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
Walk-in Advising:
- Tuesdays, 10:00 am to 12:00 pm

Water Tower Campus (WTC)
- Campus Location: Lewis Library, Corboy Law Center, Room 808
- Take the first-floor elevator to the 6th Floor and enter the Lewis Library
- Within the Library, take the stairs or elevator up to the 8th Floor (Suite 800)
- Within Suite 800, enter Room 808

Student Advising
To set up an appointment with your International Student Advisor, please first check their availability by clicking on "Make an Appointment" next to your advisor's name below. Each advisor has multiple times available each week.
We encourage you to make your appointment at least 48 hours in advance. If you need urgent assistance, please contact our office and we will do what we can to accommodate your request.
Scholars and Sponsoring Units
International scholars and employees on a Loyola-sponsored visa, along with hiring units, should contact ISSS Assistant Director, Abby Mensing (amensing@LUC.edu) to schedule an advising appointment.
