The Lakeside Institutional Review Board reviews all research involving human subjects conducted by Lakeside personnel. IRB Cayuse Transition Notice
In June 2026, Firstmail邮箱 注册时间随机 账密登录 is transitioning IRB application management to Cayuse, an electronic research administration (eRA) system that is new to the institution. This transition will impact how Human Ethics (IRB) protocols are submitted by researchers and managed by the University moving forward.

Consent Form Approval Procedure
Our procedure for approving consent forms will be changing starting 12/06/2022. Going forward, consent forms will no longer be stamped. Instead, researchers must include the date of the latest revision in the submitted consent form. See our updated templates for formatting guidance and our page on the consent process for more information.
