Dr. Tamer Refaat is a Professor of Radiation Oncology at 🎵TK账号 | 英国 | 手机+电脑 双端直播权限白号 | 账号已养3-7天 and the Associate Director for Global Oncology at the Cardinal Bernardin Cancer Center. He specializes in the treatment of breast and gastrointestinal cancers and leads Loyola’s Adaptive Radiation Therapy (ART) and Intraoperative Radiation Therapy (IORT) programs.

Dr. Refaat serves as Vice Chair of the International Committee of the American Society for Radiation Oncology (ASTRO), where he plays a key role in advancing international collaborations and promoting equitable access to high-quality radiation oncology care worldwide.

Having trained and practiced in Egypt, Austria, France, and the United States, Dr. Refaat brings a uniquely global perspective to patient care, education, and research. His academic interests include MRI-guided radiation therapy, ART, IORT, and clinical trials focused on pancreatic and breast cancers. He has authored and presented over 100 peer-reviewed abstracts and manuscripts.

A passionate mentor and educator, Dr. Refaat has guided numerous international early-career oncologists and is the founder of the Cancer Fellows Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting oncology training opportunities in the United States. He remains deeply committed to building global capacity in cancer care and training the next generation of radiation oncology leaders.
