Anne Reilly

Professor of Management


Dr. Anne Reilly’s research focuses on organizational change, including sustainability leadership, gender and careers, and teaching methods. Her work has been widely published in leading scholarly and practitioner journals, including the Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Strategic Management Journal, Journal of Organizational Behavior, and Journal of Management Education. Her research collaborations with Quinlan students have resulted in more than 40 refereed publications and presentations.

Dr. Reilly has taught undergraduate, honors, graduate, study abroad, executive MBA, and professional education courses. In addition to her teaching and research, Dr. Reilly served in administrative roles for more than six years, including twice as Associate Dean at Quinlan and as Assistant Provost for Faculty Administration.
