For employers who don’t wish to participate in the formal OCI program, but want to include Loyola students in their fall recruiting, you may set up a Resume Collect.
“On-Camera” Interview Program (“OCI”)
Loyola's OCI program offers you the opportunity to virtually interview students graduating in 2027 (rising 3Ls & rising Weekend 4Ls) and 2028 (rising 2Ls & rising Weekend 3Ls). Our 2026 OCI Program will occur on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, and Wednesday June 17, 2026.
Employers will select which applicants they would like to interview. There is no lottery system. If you are interviewing for one full day, you can select up to 16 students; for a half day (morning or afternoon), you can select up to 8 students. To participate in the OCI Program, please register by following the instructions below.
Register for OCI on FloRecruit
To participate in the June 2026 OCI program, please follow the registration instructions below and complete registration before Friday, April 10, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. CT. Please contact the Career Services Office at law-oci@luc.edu if you have any questions.

- If you do not have a Flo Recruit account, once you click on the email verification link, you will be prompted to complete several steps to create your account. Once you have created an account, you will be able to click on the second link to access the event. Bookmark this event link to easily have on hand.
- Once you have logged into the event page, click “Create Job” in the center of the screen and complete the required fields. A few notes on creating the job posting:
- Under “Schedule Settings”, please indicate your first choice of interview date. Please also indicate whether you are registering for a full-day schedule (16 interviews) or a half-day schedule (8 interviews). If you register for a half-day schedule, please also indicate your preferred time slot (morning v. afternoon).
- Under “Recruiting Year”, please select the group of students from which you would like to receive applications:
- If you are recruiting the Class of 2028, please select “1L.”
- If you are recruiting the Class of 2027, please select “2L.”
- In the job description, please include a description of the position, compensation details, and any GPA or experience requirements or preferences. Please note that 1L students will not yet have a class rank but they will have their first semester transcripts/GPAs when applying. Second semester grades will be available before the interviews, but we cannot guarantee that class ranks will be available before the interviews.
- You can add the interviewer(s) to the schedule at the time of registration, or you can add them later. If you would like two or more interviewers to interview together, please add all interviewers to the same schedule by adding two interviewers, rather than registering for two separate schedules.
- Select the application documents that you would like to receive from applicants.
- Once you have completed all required fields, click “Submit to School.” The Career Services Office then will review and approve the job posting. We also will revert with your assigned interview date, assigning time slots on a first-come, first-serve basis.
