Mary NeCastro

Operations & Employer Communications Coordinator

Mary NeCastro (she/her) serves as the Operations Coordinator for Career Services. In this role, she manages the office operations, oversees the Career Peer student employees, and supports career fairs and on-campus career events.  

Before joining the Career Services team, she worked in non-profit development at Sarah's Circle where she oversaw the volunteer program, coordinated fundraising events and assisted with communications and data management. Outside of work, Mary can be found campaigning for 'Favorite Aunt' among her nieces and nephew, catching up on her high school reading assignments, and guarding her popcorn from her dog. She enjoys taking advantage of Chicago's food, music, comedy, and sports.
